 Admission Counselor University (ACU)

This popular annual event is designed for new admission professionals, offering practical training and tools to build a strong foundation as an admissions counselor. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with peers, grow professionally, and collaborate with others who are passionate about supporting students on their college journey.

The R.I.D.E. - Rediscovering Iowa's Diverse Education

This free, three-day bus tour provides a door-to-door, first-hand look at college campuses and what each school offers students. Each year the RIDE's region of travel changes, taking counselors to a variety of colleges in a specific region for tours, hands-on learning, meals and even overnights in residence halls.
