The Iowa ACAC College Day/College Night program provides a supportive environment for students to get information and appropriate counseling that is helpful in their college selection process. Participation in the program is limited to universities and colleges, community colleges, technical colleges, trade schools, national military organizations, apprenticeship/union programs and non-profit postsecondary planning services. We are excited to host 30+ college fairs across the state and provide college access to many Iowa students.

 Would your school like to host a 2026-2027 Iowa ACAC College Fair?

If your college, high school, or school district would like to host an Iowa ACAC-sanctioned college fair, simply submit the form linked below by
APRIL 10. If selected, you will be notified by May 8. Postsecondary schools must be a paid member of Iowa ACAC to host an Iowa ACAC-sanctioned fair. Selected high schools will receive a one-year free membership while. 

Please review the Site Coordinator Expectations before submitting your application. If your fair is selected, all site coordinators will be asked to sign an agreement of understanding regarding these expectations.

Fees for 2025-2026

One Fair (In-State or Out of State): $350
In-State Reduced Participation (2-5 fairs): $600
In-State Full Participation (More than 5 Fairs): $650
Out-of-State Reduced Participation (2-5 fairs): $700
Out-of-State Full Participation (More than 5 Fairs): $850

Representatives, please review our Standards of Conduct before attending our college fair programs.
  • If you have already registered and need to make a change in your spring selections, please email [email protected].
  • Any requests for registration after January 30 should be emailed to [email protected].
  • Requests will be approved only if space is available and must be paid in full at time of registration.
